Our Promise
At Valley Appliances Utah, we want every customer to feel confident in their purchase or repair. Our 90-Day Warranty ensures you get the service and support you deserve.
We're convinced you will not require a refund because we'll give you the best service. However, if you want to request a refund for a service we've done, please see the information below to find out what qualifies for a refund.
1. Refund must be requested within 48 hours of the service being done.
2. A service call fee is non-refundable.
3. We do not offer refunds on completed or ongoing repairs.
SERVICE CALL FEE:
A customer who requests a service call will be billed from the time the technician leaves the office to travel to the job and the time required to analyze the problem (not including the repair). A service call fee will also be charged in cases where the customer does not wish to proceed with the job, for whatever reason (e.g., it costs more to repair the unit than it’s worth). It will be waived if the customer decides to accept our quote, pay the deposit and have us perform the job. A service call fee is non-refundable.
COMPLETED REPAIR:
Once the service or installation is complete, the customer will be asked to review and test the appliance or view the work we completed. The customer will be required to sign our Deliverable Acceptance Form when the repair on the appliance is completed. This shows that the customer has examined and approved the work done. Payment of services in full will also indicate that the customer has reviewed and tested the appliance, viewed our work, and that the service is completed to their satisfaction. We offer no refunds on completed or ongoing repairs.
PARTS RETURN
In some cases parts must be ordered to complete the repair. If the customer, after having signed a contract with us for the repair, decides not to proceed with the repair, they accept full responsibility for all restocking fees that may occur in the return of said parts.
Please note that all transactions/ transfers/ sales/ parts and services are final unless otherwise authorized in official writing.
